I got into TCGs thanks to my friend Saku and the idea seemed fun so i decided to give it a try. Now that I think about it, I think I started in October or November 2010? I wasn't all that into it but then in Feb 2011 I joined Bankai, a Bleach TCG and I got addicted. I decided to quit it permanently after Photos closed since it was the only TCG i liked, and playing is time consuming but then the same person convinced me to join this one.

It's fun to reconnect with old hobbies! I hope you're enjoying it again~

When I was 13 (21 now, so 7 years ago maybe? i could have been 12 ahahaha) I just happened to stumble upon some, ended up joining a lot of them, all of which went down. I have stuck with it on and off ever since. I remember some of the TCGs too, I know there were two Yu-Gi-Oh ones, A sailor moon one (i swore it was called moonlight legend.. but moonlight isnt that old.) and.... the rest were unmemorable.

ML was reopened, so you could've seen it back then :D

It's awesome you can still enjoy this hobby even after 7 years, wow! That's really impressive~

last month i was bored so i looked at this ~tcg stuff~ my friend is into, and i thought it looked cute and fun so i joined a few... and now here i am.

A few friends of mine looked like they were having a lot of fun with them over plurk, so I decided to join in, hahah. It's been fun so far, so yeah no regrets!

I think some time in 2007 over on LJ, some friends got into anime_lj_tcg and I joined up, did TCG stuff for about ... 1-2 years after that then promptly forgot about it until last year haha.

It's great that when you remembered you decided to try it out again, it's a really fun way to pass the time!

I played in Anime LJ TCG way back when it first opened on and off, but no other TCG really interested me after it until Colors opened... Then I joined Colors and started my long spiral into pixel card collecting.

It's awesome when one game can make you become reaaally obsessed!

I got to know TCGs through icontests on LJ - namely tcg-exchange. I learnt how to play from there but then it got too time-consuming for me. Until I discovered colors on LJ as well, with an easier (& more common) gameplay, I quite enjoy it but it didn't really hit me until I got eTCG (since I'm getting lazy to manage more than a few hundred cards manually). So then it was like opening the gates of tcg doom, lmfao. I get excited whenever I get a trade request nowadays. X'D Oh and I only started playing like... last year? The later half of last year.

eTCG is definitely a TCG addict best friend!

I got into TCGs because of my friend, Jun (beezebeora), forced me into joining colors. It kind of stuck and went from there. I've enjoyed playing TCGs for over two years now and really happy I getting to work on my first TCG coming out soon. :)

I was into TCGs in 2003!!! But I quit the same year. I came back in.... 2010? I don't remember XD I was kind of surprised they were still a thing. If I had known, I would have looked for them sooner :P

Anyway, I got into TCGs because my friend posted an entry of her cardpost in her LJ and I got curious so looked for a TCG I'd know the topic about (my friend was in a Korean music TCG, so I found Duck Soup, a video games TCG, to play in!). I'm not sure about the year though... Eventually it got to be a pain to update on freewebs and livejournal ;w;... but after a break of a year or something, my other friend, Lemon, who doesn't play anymore ;o; got me back into TCGs with BroTCG and then I kept going on x'D

the most amazing part is that we're twins, to it's really awesome to enjoy this hobby together
